dass pink eine trendfarbe dieses jahr ist, wissen wir bereits aus diversen magazinen. erst gerade eben habe ich einen kurzen beitrag dazu auf harper’s bazaar gelesen - und auch ich habe in meinem trend-post für das frühjahr 2017 darüber natürlich auch geschrieben.

mal ganz davon abgesehen, dass die farbe deswegen in allen farbvariationen die straßen erobern wird, kommt es bei jedem einzelnen ja immer noch auf den eigenen geschmack an. ich persönlich bin nicht so sehr der fan von grellem pink, sondern greife lieber auf ein zartes rosa oder altrosa zurück. das ist für mich eine praktische farbe, die man mit vielem kombinieren kann.

pink is a trending colour this year, we all know that through multiple fashion magazines. just now i read a short post on harper’s bazaar about the colour - and i also wrote something about it in my trend post of 2017 of course.

apart from probably seeing the colour floating the streets this year, it’s always a question of personal taste. i am more the dusky pink or rose type of person, pink isn’t my tone so much. i think the lighter versions are pretty practical colours since it’s easy to mix them with other elements.

DIE KOMBI-FARBE: PINK + X

gerade deswegen kommt pink immer häufiger in mustern einzelner kleidungsstücke vor, meistens gepaart mit grellem rot, blau oder auch brauntönen. das macht es für den verbraucher unheimlich leicht ein komplettes outfit zu stylen, da der designer die farbauswahl bereits mitliefert. ich finde das ziemlich genial!

und so ist es auch bei meinem süßen zwei-teiler, den ihr hier sehen könnt. ich trage ein gestreiftes crop-top und den dazugehörigen rock, beides aus leichtem weißen strick, beides mit feinen streifen durchzogen. ich entschied mich bei der farbvielfalt im muster (rot, königsblau, preußisch blau und hellrosa) für meine liebste der vieren: rosa. gerade weil es ein so heller ton ist, eignet es sich perfekt für zum beispiel eine jacke, genauso aber auch für einen schal, pulli oder hut. also quasi alles, was man ab taille aufwärts trägt, denn der farblehre nach sind helle farben leicht und ziehen dich optisch nicht nach unten.

PERFECT COLOUR COMBI: PINK + X

this straightforwardness is also why pink is more and more frequently used with other colours in different patterns. usually it’s a bright red or blue but there can also be some softer brown tones. of course this makes it a lot easier for the consumer to style a complete outfit, since the designer has already supplied you with the perfect colour matches. i think that’s genius!

this is also the case with my cute two-piecer which you can see here. i am wearing a striped crop top and the matching skirt. both pieces are made out of a light white knit, both are patterned with fine stripes. with the colour diversity in the pattern (red, royal blue, prussian blue and light pink), i decided to go with my favorite of the above: light pink. because it is such a light tone, it’s perfect for a jacket for instance. but also a scarf, jumper or hat would go well with it. hence everything above the waistline. if you look at it through the theory of colour, it’s because light tones aren’t pulling you down optically.

bei den accessoires blieb ich klassisch weiß, damit der zwei-teiler auch ja im vordergrund bleibt. meine geliebte cat-eye-sonnenbrille in marmor-optik, eine kleine weiße ledertasche, passend vom material her zu den süßen slippers. beides ist übrigens kunstleder. ich trage noch kurze netzstrümpfe, die ich offen gesagt einfach mal ausprobieren wollte, weil ich so viele bilder auf instagram und co gesehen habe. außerdem machen sie sich in dem look ganz gut, weil sie dem süßen rosa mädchenlook etwas tougheres verleihen, stimmt’s?

CLASSIC DETAILS

i stayed simple with the accessories, so that the two piecer would get the most attention. i am wearing my beloved cat-eye sunglasses in marble optic, a cute little shoulder bag, matching my white slippers. both are fake leather. i also wear some fishnet socks just because i wanted to try them out honestly. i saw so many pictures about fishnet stockings on instagram, i needed to know how it looks. and i think they are doing well with this look; giving the pink girly-like outfit something little tougher, don’t you think?
